I'm focused on building a business analysis team and centre of excellence designed to deliver best-in-practice business analysis services quickly. My goal is to provide our clients with a team that not only meets their needs but exceeds their expectations by showcasing our knowledge, ability, flexibility, and continuous vision for improvement. Ensuring that clients have confidence in our capability is at the heart of everything we do.

My career has been diverse, spanning multiple industries, from insurance to private investment banking, and has given me the chance to work with a wide range of people and travel to different countries. What I’m doing here at ECMS is already my proudest achievement—having the opportunity to use my experience and skills to help other business analysts grow is incredibly rewarding. I believe empathy and understanding are the core relationship management skills necessary for success, and these principles guide me in my interactions with both clients and team members. The variety of projects and the challenges they present, along with the ever-changing technology landscape, are what make being a business analyst so fulfilling for me.
