Business Development

At ECMS, I lead the sales and business development team, where my primary focus is on driving growth and expansion for the company. My journey into this field began after completing my MSc in Physics/Nanoelectronics when I realised that lab life wasn't for me. Instead, I joined the sales team of a consulting company specialising in electronics for satellites, and it was there that I discovered my passion for helping clients solve challenges. This passion led me to build a career in sales and business development, working across various consulting services. I've had the privilege of living and working in different countries, including Spain, Paraguay, France, China, Portugal, and the UK, and this global experience has shaped my approach to business.

One of the most important pieces of advice I've ever received is that "You miss all the shots you don’t take." This philosophy has guided my career, reminding me that the worst outcome is often just a "no," which isn't so bad. My advice to anyone starting in their career is to take on as many tasks, responsibilities, and projects as possible. This approach helps you learn what you enjoy and what you don't, ultimately guiding you toward your true passion. At ECMS, I take pride in our commitment to doing things better for everyone—clients and consultants alike. Being agile and fast-moving allows us to bring the right solutions to our clients, solving their challenges while delivering real, tangible value.
