Risk, Business Analyst/PM

About the Role:

Partnering with a global and leading insurance firm, seeking a skilled Business Analyst/PM, Risk (1-Year Contract, Extend/Perm) to support the team and the business unit for operational risk.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines and collect functional requirements between the risk and internal teams
• Support and improve the implementation and governance of the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) framework
• Assess and identify areas of improvement across risk processes and control systems
• Utilize data analytics to monitor onboarding progress, improve Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), and assist with operational risk control automation
• Work closely with other departments, such as finance, compliance, and internal audit, and oversee change management activities, including documentation, policy interpretation, etc

 

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in business analysis, operational risk, and project management
• Ideally have experience working in the insurance industry
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Data analytics skillset, Advanced level Excel and Power BI would be advantageous
