ECMS has a track record of delivering complex projects, and we are looking for a talented IT PM to join us who has a project management background within the insurance sector, ideally the London Market. A problem solver with a keen eye for detail, someone who is a strong communicator, who can facilitate and present confidently to Senior Managers.  A commercially astute self-starter who can engage and manage stakeholders and work closely with the wider team 

Responsibilities 

  • Ownership of a project within a larger programme 

  • Delivering solutions including integrations, new software implementations and infrastructure change 

  • Delivering projects using AGILE and Waterfall Methodologies  

  • Proven track record of delivery with measurable outcomes 

  • Disciplined delivery, including management of scope, delivery to schedule and budget, risk management and resourcing. 

  • Communicating with senior stakeholders  

  • Attention to detail and quality of delivery 

  • Pragmatic and outcome-driven 

  • Engaging with clients and partner vendors  

  • Developing project plans with appropriate levels of depth 

  • Monitoring and reporting project performance to ensure timely delivery 

  • Manage and resolve the risks and issues effectively, using the appropriate project forums to escalate items as appropriate 

 

Desired Skills and Experience 

  • Project Management Experience covering a mix of business, data, systems, governance 

  • Project Governance, Standards and Assurance  

  • Experience working in Underwriting, Claims and Operations in the London Market or Lloyd’s Market
