ECMS has a track record of delivering complex projects, and we are looking for a talented Change PM to join us who has a project management background within the insurance sector, ideally in the London Market. A problem solver with a keen eye for detail, someone who is a strong communicator, who can facilitate and present confidently to Senior Managers.  A commercially astute self-starter who can engage and manage stakeholders and work closely with the wider team.

Responsibilities 

  • Using your substantial experience of project management covering a mix of business, data, systems, governance 

  • Role will include delivering projects using AGILE and Waterfall Methodologies  

  • Proven track record of delivery with measurable outcomes 

  • Delivering complex projects with multiple workstreams 

  • Disciplined delivery, including management of scope, delivery to schedule and budget, risk management and resourcing 

  • Experience in transitioning projects into service 

  • Ability to communicate to senior stakeholders  

  • Attention to detail and quality of delivery 

  • Pragmatic and outcome driven 

  • Engaging with clients, and partner vendors  

  • Developing project plans with appropriate levels of depth 

  • Monitoring and reporting project performance to ensure timely delivery 

  • Manage and resolve the risks and issues effectively, using the appropriate project forums to escalate items as appropriate 

Project Management  

  • Project Governance, Standards and Assurance  

  • Contributes to and maintains the approach and controls to Change Management governance and delivery, including process, tools, methodologies and systems  

  • Coach project teams to adhere to the Change Management governance, framework and delivery methodology and ensures consistency, optimisation and best practice are embedded in Change processes.  

  • Supports implementation and ongoing assurance / education of Change standards  

Desired Skills and Experience 

  • Senior Project Management Experience covering a mix of business, data, systems, governance 

  • Project Governance, Standards and Assurance  

  • Experience working in Underwriting, Claims and Operations in the London Market or Lloyd’s Market   

  • Management of infrastructure and cloud-based projects
